NAEDA Welcomes New Staff to the Team by NAEDA STAFF
Mutsa joined EDC in October 2025 and has 10 years of experience in tax. She is a CPA, member of AICPA and KSCPA, and is renewing her membership with MSCPA.

BIO | Before joining EDC, Mutsa worked for 7 years at GG Advisors, LLC where she did business, personal, trust, and nonprofit tax returns, compilations, and payroll. Mutsa started her career at KPMG, LLC in 2015. She has worked with clients in the dental, restaurant, real estate, legal, and manufacturing industries.
Mutsa graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with her Master of Science in Accountancy in 2014, and got her CPA license in 2015. Outside of work Mutsa enjoys running and spending time with her family.

BIO | Morgan Milling was born and raised in North Louisiana. It was instilled in her from a young age that a strong work ethic and education were key to success. While juggling multiple jobs at once, she obtained a Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, a minor in Accounting and her Master’ s degree in Business Administration.
With over 12 years of experience in the non-profit sector and the trade association industry, Morgan comes equipped with great strengths in budgeting, conference and event planning as well as membership recruitment. Her experience includes state and national trade associations as well as several non-profits.
Prior to working in the non-profit and trade association industry, she worked in auditing. It was auditing that made her realize her true passion was people and helping them to improve their businesses. One of her favorite quotes is by Adam M. Grant,“ The most meaningful way to succeed is to help others succeed”.
Morgan currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her husband and two children. Morgan is the Executive Director for the Louisiana Pest Management Association and Louisiana Nursery and Landscape Association and serves on the Trinity Episcopal Day School Board of Directors. In her spare time, she loves to travel, volunteer at her kids’ schools and study mid – century modern architecture. EDM

FOR AGRICULTURAL & CONSTRUCTION DEALERS
Designed to recognize high-performing technicians in dealerships, used for evaluating prospective technicians during the hiring process, as well as to identify the training needs of existing employees, dealers have found this test to be both an efficient and cost-effective tool for evaluating current and potential employees. The test contains nine topics that are generally encountered in servicing agricultural and construction equipment.
The Service Technician Test is currently available online in English. Additional tests in pdf format are available in French, German, Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, Afrikaans, Soto and Zulu.
