Terry and Gerald Swystun Earn NAEDA’ s Highest Honor

NAEDA’ s Merit Award recognizes an individual dealer member for their leadership within the industry, their dedication to growing their business into a successful entity, and their commitment and legacy to their community.

This is the highest recognition the association bestows upon an outstanding and respected member.
This year’ s winner of the prestigious Merit Award – Dealer of the Year, are brothers Terry and Gerald Swystun of Full Line Ag Sales Ltd.
Farming is more than a business— it’ s a legacy. Just as farms are passed down through generations, so too are the dealerships that support them.
A Family Legacy Begins
The legacy of Full Line Ag Sales Ltd. began in 1966, when John Swystun opened Central Supply Ltd., a Massey Ferguson dealership built on hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to the agricultural community. John’ s dedication inspired his children, instilling in them a strong appreciation for both business and the farming way of life. Among them, Terry and Gerald saw the potential for Central Supply Ltd. to evolve into something greater.
Building Full Line Ag Sales Ltd.
Expanding brands, embracing innovation, and growing with the industry
In 1999, following John’ s retirement, Terry and Gerald, together with Rick Risdale opened Full Line Ag Sales Ltd. Full Line Ag Sales honored its Massey Ferguson roots while embracing the full AGCO lineup— including Gleaner, Challenger, Rogator, and later Fendt and PTx Trimble. The dealership expanded further, offering trusted brands like Morris, Versatile, Salford, Farm King, Convey- All, Mandako, SeedMaster, Honeybee, MacDon, and precision ag solutions from Outback Guidance, Raven, and TopCon. Thanks to its rapid growth and success in its first decade and a half, in 2014, Terry and Gerald became 50 / 50 partners. Since then, they have continued to lead with vision, dedication, and a deep respect for the agricultural community they serve.
Leadership That Drives Excellence
Industry involvement, awards, and influence beyond the dealership
From humble beginnings, Full Line Ag Sales Ltd. has grown into a multilocation dealership recognized with consecutive AGCO Circle of Excellence awards for top volume in North America, along with consistent gold and silver tier ratings within AGCO’ s dealer network.

Strength in Family
Continuing the vision with integrity, passion, and community focus
Beyond their professional achievements, both Terry and Gerald remain deeply rooted in family— the very foundation of their values. Gerald and his wife Janis have three daughters: Amanda, Danielle, and Arisia.
